Where It Started

When Brandon at Siteline Deck And Rail first reached out, it was a fresh start. They had no Google My Business, no website, and not a single social media account created. All of their work was coming from network referrals — it was inconsistent and included a wide variety of smaller jobs. They knew they needed change to grow, but with so many different avenues, they didn’t know where to begin.

Before we could help them get more work, we needed to help them define their brand. What core services do you want to focus on? Who do you want to serve? What should your brand look like — and how should it make customers feel? These are essential questions that need real answers.

Build the Foundation

Customers need to be able to find you online — it’s really as simple as that. If your client’s neighbour recommends you or someone sees an ad on social media but can’t find your company online, you just lost a potential customer.

Let People Know

When you're a new company that nobody knows about, you need to build awareness and start showing up where your customers already spend time. Visibility builds familiarity, and familiarity builds trust.

Keep Building

Once the foundation is in place and leads are coming in, it’s time to scale. That means exploring new channels, improving systems, and finding smarter ways to grow without burning out. Growth should feel controlled, intentional, and built to last.

How We Made It Work

Execution. The plan was in place — we just needed to deliver, and that’s exactly what we did:

Branding

We guided Brandon and Shane by offering creative direction, providing brand identity suggestions, and developing example logos they could refine and make their own.

The Basics

We set up their Google My Business profile, created social media accounts, and added directory listings so customers could easily find Siteline Deck And Rail by searching their name online.

Website Development

To build trust, authority, and complete their online foundation, the next step was obvious. We designed and developed an SEO-optimized website that helped Siteline rank for high-value keywords, build credibility, and earn trust. Customers won’t spend thousands on new railings unless they’re confident in the company. By embedding authority into the site, we didn’t just improve conversion rates — we made sure Siteline looked legitimate from the start.

Facebook Advertising

With a new Facebook page ready, we launched display ads targeting Siteline’s ideal customers — homeowners in need of a deck upgrade, whether for safety or style. Facebook’s location, age, and demographic targeting gave us precision reach right out of the gate.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

To expand visibility and diversify lead flow, we doubled down on SEO. We grew the website and produced high-quality content targeting a wide range of high-value search terms relevant to Siteline’s services and local market.

System Building

Leads were falling through the cracks, and jobs were being lost. We built a custom lead and quoting system that included estimator quote forms, appointment notifications, missed call text-backs, automated follow-ups, pipeline tracking, and more — all designed to keep things running smoothly and consistently.

What Happened Next

With consistent fieldwork from the Siteline team and strategy from Rega Marketing behind the scenes, things took off. Siteline hit their first $35,000 month within just a few months — a huge jump from their previous $4,000–$6,000 range. And that was just the beginning.

Our marketing system was working. Revenue kept climbing, capacity kept getting maxed out, and jobs were booked 60–90 days in advance. With smart hiring and operational expansion, Siteline was able to increase their capacity — and scale right alongside their demand. Siteline Deck And Rail was established in early 2024.
