Where It Started

Tibor Okros, owner of Forest City Eavestrough, had built a solid business through referrals, yard signs, and boots-on-the-ground work. But like many contractors, he hit a ceiling. Revenue hovered between $20K–$30K per month, and although he had tried running ads himself — and even worked with a few agencies — the results were inconsistent, and advertising spend was going to waste.

We implemented a scheduling system, missed call text-backs, appointment reminders, automated quote follow-ups, and a CRM pipeline so nothing slipped through the cracks.

As leads came in and jobs were completed, we layered in automated review requests to help build Forest City’s online reputation and local authority — a crucial step for long-term growth in a competitive market.

How We Made It Work

Execution was fast and focused. We integrated his ad platforms with the backend systems, completely rebuilt his Facebook ad account, added Google Search Ads, and started feeding qualified leads into his CRM.
