Duradek, a leader in vinyl decking across North America, had built its reputation through traditional marketing methods like trade shows, dealer networks, and TV. While successful, they knew digital advertising was the next step. Past attempts to run Facebook ads internally didn’t deliver much traction, and digital had become a missed opportunity.
Duradek didn’t need just more traffic — they needed a consistent and cost-effective way to generate qualified homeowner leads and connect them with their dealer network across Canada and the U.S.
We had three goals:
We launched highly targeted campaigns focused on homeowners looking for low-maintenance outdoor solutions. Using location-based targeting and interest data, we connected those leads directly with local Duradek dealers. No gimmicks — just a clean system designed to convert.
In less than a year, we generated over 805 unique leads with an average cost of just $11.03 per lead. This cost per lead included awareness, engagement, and traffic campaign costs in addition to the lead campaigns, new opportunities coming in almost immediately after launch. The success of the campaign validated Facebook advertising as a powerful lead-gen tool — even for a company long grounded in offline methods.
Eventually, Duradek brought the campaigns back in-house for long-term cost efficiency, but the system we built proved one thing:
