Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of https://www.regamarketing.com (the "Site"), operated by AICHWO Inc., operating as Rega Marketing ("Rega", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These terms cover the website only. Any work we do for you is governed by the written agreement or quote we give you for that work, not by these terms or anything on the Site.

1. Information on the Site

We work to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but the information on it is general and may contain errors or be out of date. We may change or remove anything on the Site at any time without notice.

Prices. The system prices on the Site are our published prices, in Canadian dollars. Advertising spend is paid by you to the ad platform and is never part of our fees. Anything not priced on the Site is quoted. What you pay for any engagement is set in the written agreement or quote for it. We can correct errors in anything published on the Site, including prices.

Services and markets. Describing a service, a trade or a market on the Site does not mean we can take on every business. We may decline any request.

2. Results, examples and reviews

Results shown on the Site come from real client accounts over the periods stated beside them, and describe those engagements as a whole. Websites shown are sites we built, unless we say otherwise. Reviews and testimonials are from real clients and reflect their own experience.

Every business, market and season is different, so these are examples, not a promise.We do not guarantee any result from marketing, including a number of leads, calls, sales, search rankings or any return on advertising spend.

3. Forms and being contacted

Every form on the Site carries this line:

By providing your information, you agree to our Privacy Policy & Terms of Service and to be contacted by phone, text and email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

When you submit a form, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy, and to be contacted by Rega by phone, text message and email about the request you sent. You confirm that the information is accurate, and that the phone number and email are yours or that you have permission to use them.

Your carrier's message and data rates may apply. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and stop calls or emails by contacting us. This agreement does not sign you up for promotional messages, and it is not a condition of doing business with us. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Sending a form is a request for us to get in touch. It does not create a contract for any work.

4. Using the Site

You agree not to use the Site:

• for anything unlawful, or to encourage others to break the law;
• to send false or misleading information, or to submit a form in someone else's name;
• to send spam, or to harass, abuse or threaten anyone;
• to upload or transmit viruses or any other harmful code;
• to scrape or collect information about the Site's visitors;
• to interfere with, or try to get around, the security or normal working of the Site.

We may block access to the Site for anyone who breaks these terms.

5. Feedback

If you send us suggestions or feedback about our business or the Site, we may use them without any obligation to you.

6. Our content

The Site and its content, including text, photos, logos and design, belong to us or to people who have allowed us to use them, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Client names, logos and screenshots belong to those clients and are shown as examples of what we have built and run for them. You may view and share pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse our content for any other purpose without our written permission.

7. Links to other sites

The Site links to websites run by others, such as our clients' sites and review sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

8. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that information on it is complete or accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage, or for loss of data, profit or business, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or our obligations under a written agreement for work.

10. Indemnity

If you use the Site in breach of these terms or the law, you agree to cover the reasonable costs, including legal fees, of any claim brought against us because of it.

11. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and any dispute about them goes to the courts of that province.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
