Demand
Facebook ads for contractors.
Search only reaches people already looking for you. Facebook and Instagram reach the ones who have been meaning to deal with it for six months, in the streets you actually work.
Businesses we have worked with
The short answer
What are Facebook ads for contractors?
Facebook ads for contractors are paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram that put a trades business in front of homeowners in a chosen area, rather than waiting for those people to search. They work on demand that already exists but has not been acted on, and an enquiry usually arrives as a Messenger conversation rather than as a form.
- MessengerMost of them. A question in a chat thread, answered on your phone.
- A callThe ones who are ready. One tap from the ad.
- Your siteThe ones who want to check you are real before they speak to you.
All three land in one inbox.
What actually decides it
Six things decide whether ads pay for a contractor.
None of them is the ad itself, which is the part most agencies sell you on.
- The job is worth enough that one win pays for a month of spend.
- The area is tight enough to be worth repeating to, and wide enough to have people in it.
- The page the ad lands on can turn a click into a call without a second visit.
- Someone answers. Speed to the first reply beats the ad almost every time.
- The offer is something a homeowner can say yes to today, not a brochure.
- You keep showing up. Someone who has seen you twenty times in two months and then searches your trade already knows the name.
What happened for them
Real businesses, real windows.
Each figure is what that business sold in the window stated, with more than the ads in play. Siteline and Northwest Drainage had the website, the brand and the ads from us; Forest City Eavestrough kept its own website and had the ads and the lead handling. It is not what a business like yours will sell, and a number from one trade does not transfer to another.

At manufacturer scale
805 leads
in under a year, 150+ in the first month
Duradek, the vinyl decking manufacturer, across Canada and the US. Ads only, sending homeowners to their local dealer, at $11.03 a lead on average. That cost counts the awareness and engagement spend around the lead campaigns, not just the leads.
Straight off the ad accounts
Real accounts, not numbers retyped into a slide.
Meta accounts we run. Ad set names and budgets are blanked because they are the client's, not ours to publish; the figures are not blanked.
The two Siteline captures are the same account twelve months apart. $900.96 of spend returned $42,611.50 of booked work over 17 Sep to 16 Oct 2025, and $1,644.39 returned $58,756.00 over 1 Jun to 31 Jul 2026. One good month proves nothing, which is why both are here. It is what happened for that business in those windows, not a number you should expect.

Where this sits
Ads are the demand layer. They work hardest on top of a site that converts.
You can buy ads on their own and we will run them. What we will not do is point spend at a page that cannot turn a click into a call and let you find out a month later.
What fills it
Facebook and Instagram campaigns, with the creative and the copy written from how you actually talk about the work.
Where it lands
Usually a Messenger conversation, sometimes a call, sometimes your site. The site is what makes the other two work: it is where someone checks you are a real business before they commit.
What catches it
One place every call, text and form lands, so the lead you paid for is not lost between a phone and an inbox.
Run your own numbers
What ads would have to produce to be worth it for you.
Your spend, your close rate, your job value. The arithmetic is yours rather than a projection we are standing behind.
Cost per lead and close rate start at Rega client averages, $29 and 20%. They are a starting point, not a quote or a projection. Change them to your own numbers, which is what makes the answer worth anything. The management figure is our published monthly price for that system, and it is counted in the cost per job below rather than left out of it.

Before we write a word
We write down how you talk. Then we write everything else.
We write one of these for every client. We sit down with you, listen to how you actually describe the job, and write it down. Your site, your ads and every follow-up get written from it, which is why they sound like you and not like an agency wrote them.

From Google
What it is like to work with us.
They come straight from Google, from real businesses we have worked with.
Easy to work with and knows what he's doing. Aidan answers my calls or texts within a few minutes, not too many companies with good communication like Rega Marketing. I highly recommend their services.
Adian did an amazing job building our website. He was professional, easy to work with, and delivered exactly what we were looking for. The whole process was smooth, and the final result exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Adian to anyone looking for a quality website!

Before you ask
What owners ask us about ads.
I tried ads before and the leads were rubbish.
Usually one of three things: the area was too wide, the offer asked for more than a stranger will give, or nobody got back to the enquiry while it was still warm. All three are fixable, and none of them is the ad creative, which is where most of the money gets spent looking for the problem.
How much do I need to spend?
Enough that the platform has something to learn from, and no more than a good job is worth to you. Put your own job value into the calculator above and it will show you what the spend has to produce. The Crew system manages up to $3,000 a month on one platform and Company up to $7,500 across both; ad management on its own is quoted. Either way the spend is yours, paid to the platform.
Will you guarantee me leads?
No. Nobody honest will, and we would rather lose the sale than invent a number. What we will tell you before you spend anything is whether we think your job size and your area can carry ads at all.
My jobs are small. Is this worth it?
Often not, and we will say so. Below roughly $2,000 to $3,000 an average job, the maths rarely works on paid ads, and the money is better spent on the site and on being found in search. That is a real answer rather than a sales filter.
Who writes the ads?
We do, from a voice document we write with you before anything goes live, so the ad sounds like you rather than like an agency. You see everything before it runs.
What happens to a lead once it arrives?
It lands in one place with every other enquiry, on your phone, so the reply can happen in minutes rather than whenever someone checks an inbox. That is part of the build rather than something extra.

Three systems, every price on the page. Ad spend is yours and goes to the platform, so what is on this page is our fee and nothing else.
